5. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you expressly agree that:
You have read the description and all details within the relevant product listing carefully and that you understand and agree to any and all specific policies and terms that are stated to apply.
You undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted.
A contract between you and Millennium Infosys for the sale of our products only exists once an order has been placed. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

You will pay for the item(s) purchased in full and on time, using one of our accepted payment methods.
Unless a listing states otherwise, all client orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Thereafter, the order can be delivered to the client accordingly.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Goods or products purchased from Millennium Infosys can’t be returned back, however a customer who wants to exchange the product for another product shall do so under the guidelines shown on the next paragraph below.
It can be allowed for a client to exchange a product that they already purchased for another one provided that the one returned is unused and sealed in its original packaging with all its accessories (just as it was availed to you on purchase)
8. Delivery and Pickup
Unless a listing states otherwise, or unless you have agreed otherwise with us, we shall dispatch items within 24 to 48 hours and no later than 30 calendar days after the date on which the purchase takes place.
We provide free delivery within Kampala district only, beyond that the client will be required to pay extra delivery costs that can be arranged with us.
You must provide complete, accurate and clear delivery address details to us. We are responsible for ensuring that we use the delivery address exactly as you provide it to us, but if dispatched items do not reach you due to an incorrect address provided by you, it is your responsibility and not ours.
A buyer or client can pick up their pre-ordered goods from any of our stores or outlets below if they opt to.

9. Payment
Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process
We accept cash on delivery as the main form of payment on orders made directly from our website.
10. Disputes and Resolutions
If a client has got any dispute or concern attached to a pre-ordered or received product from Millennium Infosys, they can contact us via our contact numbers or via email and the problem can be fixed immediately but not in more than 30 days after the purchase has been made.
Any further disputes raised by the client that can’t be handled under Millennium Infosys can be subjected to jurisdiction & arbitration in accordance with the government laws of the republic of Uganda in not more than 30 days after the purchase has been made.
11. Conformity of Goods
The specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
While the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used.
12. Buyer Rules and Acceptable Usage Policy

12.2.8 Infringes, or assists in the infringement of, the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, patents, and database rights) of any other party. or

Such duties, tariffs, customs or equivalent excise taxes will not be reflected in the prices indicated and paid at the time of your purchase and it will be your responsibility to pay such duties, tariffs, customs or equivalent excise taxes in the manner provided by your relevant jurisdiction.
