Returns

Eligibility:
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and any accessories.
  • The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software (whether opened or unopened)
  • Downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-built items

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). If the return is due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty

Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it according to our returns policy.
